Premium products made visible
Product pages showed unstructured information: the brand and its premium character got lost. A new landing page concept combines design, UX and information structure, adaptable to other products. Products appear high-quality and distinctive. Information is easy to grasp, and the brand presents itself with greater strength.
Product finder: straight to the goal
The wide product range made search and selection cumbersome. Multi-dimensional filters and a structured product finder now lead users quickly to the right product. Cross-links connect products, services and references. Users find relevant information faster. Everything works smoothly together.
135 countries, one presence
135 country websites with individual content, multiple editors and complex delivery setups. A unified frontend brings everything together. Content runs in up to 12 languages, including a high-performance China proxy. Users are automatically directed to the right local site. The brand appears consistent worldwide. Maintenance stays lean, even in complex markets.
WordPress out, TYPO3 in
The WordPress site had grown, but become unstable. Security risks and maintenance efforts increased, and international consistency was missing. Migration to TYPO3, integration of the externally developed design, and central content management in five languages. Updates and security run regularly. The brand now appears consistent across all languages. Maintenance is simpler, operation more secure.
Search, PMT, API in sync
Systems were fragmented, and marketing assets were hard to manage. Integration of FactFinder as the search engine, development of the Product Management Tool, and connection of external systems via APIs. The systems now work seamlessly together. Data maintenance is centralised and transparent.
Clear navigation, products at a glance
Navigation and information architecture were confusing, products difficult to find. Menu navigation reorganised, UX optimised, products more strongly integrated into the design. Products can be viewed at a glance. The brand appears clearer and more convincing.
