Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.
For the delivery and optimization of media content – especially videos – we use the service Cloudinary, operated by Cloudinary Ltd., 3400 Central Expressway, Suite 110, Santa Clara, CA 95051, USA.

In this context, connection and device data (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) as well as usage data may be processed. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring a secure, high-performance and user-friendly delivery of media content, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudinary pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EU (notably the USA), such transfers are secured by standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
